Special Visual Effects packages by community member gaoneng . I don't know what else to say about this. It is the best package that I have ever come across on the Vault. Even more, it has the best in game tutorial that I have ever seen (commercial or independent). I use this stuff extensively in my module (i.e. Whirlwind Heal ), and expect to use even more in Chapter 2 - Cry The Beloved. The below packages can be found at the vault today.
If you are looking to make cut-scenes in an upcoming module, then this package by community member John 'Gestalt' Bye is for you. Beautifully written scripts that wrap the Bioware standard ones that make creating cut-scenes a snap. Add to that good documentation, and you are good to go.
