Leaping Slash

This ability will launch the user into the air, and have them fall down on their target, inflicting damage, as well slowing them for 18 seconds.

Damage is equal to 5 points times the level of the user. So, a level 10 user would inflict 50 points of damage to its target.

Also, if in the correct position with the right item, this ability can be used to leap to otherwise unreachable places.
